January can be a tough time, this challenge will spark new ideas, motivation and encouragement for living wellness principles. Several experts have created content that will inspire you each day. Optional welcome zoom call with Q&A and coaching. - January 30th, 12pm - Optional zoom meeting with extended content and Q&A! During the 14 days of the challenge everyone will receive daily emails with wellness information videos and written content along with 3-5 ways to apply the information that day! The information will also be posted on the app Slack. Participants can post their progress on Slack. Everyone that completes a challenge a day will receive an ignite bracelet at the end! ($20 value).
