My Story

My whole life I have loved to play outside.  Nothing makes me feel more alive than being in nature's beauty and doing different fun activities.  I love every kind of skiing, biking, ice and rock climbing, trail running / hiking, swimming and all water sports.

I like to spice things up at times and compete in races including: mountain and road bike, triathlon, backcountry ski, cross country ski and running events.  I am grateful to all the mentors that empowered me to enjoy these amazing opportunities.

My favorite part of outdoor adventure is sharing the joy with others!  I have worked as an adventure guide in Costa Rica and at several summer camps, as well as coached mountain bike and ski teams and most importantly been able to teach my 4 kids the strength that comes from learning how to do hard things outside! I have worked as a Registered Nurse for over a decade in several settings and learned that my passion is teaching people how to embrace a healthy lifestyle and make choices that lead to lasting wellness.  I am so excited to mentor you and share what I have learned!
