Do you want to increase your mountain biking skills so that you can enjoy every ride even more? Here is your chance to take your mountain biking to the next level, in an all-women and supportive environment. Our four week, intermediate mountain bike clinic will help you commit to being consistent on your bike, and enable you to see progress in your skills! We offer 3 levels of group clinics: Never Ever, Beginner and Intermediate. Never Ever is for someone who has never been mountain biking. Beginner is for someone who has ridden 5-15 rides and feels ok on single track. Intermediate is for someone who has ridden over 15 rides and is comfortable on single track. Clinics include our digital mountain bike course, video analysis, and thousands of dollars in exclusive ignite discounts INCLUDING a FREE bike tune at TREK BIKES in Heber ($90). The skills and concepts you will learn and practice include: mindset, braking fundamentals, body positioning, climbing, body/bike separation, cornering, navigating obstacles, climbing, descending pumping, absorbing, roll overs, front wheel lift and more. This clinic meets 4 times: Monday, September 8th, September 15th, September 22nd, September 29th from 10am-11:30am with Tina. We will most likely meet at the Coyote Trail System parking lot at the top of the UVU parking area in Heber, Utah. It may change based on the weather. You will need a mountain bike in good working condition that fits you well, a helmet and bike gloves. Our bike instructors are PMBIA nationally certified, licensed and insured. They are experienced and will provide a safe, comfortable and fun learning environment. We are unable to offer refunds but if you need to cancel we can give you credit for our online courses. We will ride in all weather and only cancel if the trails are muddy or if there is lightning. If needed we will have a make day the week following the session, on Monday 6th.
